Are you hungry for new product development? Then wait no more. We are in search of a Full Stack developer who is the jack of all trades, transitioning seamlessly between front and backend coding. You'll need to be fluent in creating web applications that thrive on strong architecture. As a Full Stack Developer, you will need to be a whiz with front-end frameworks and know how to effectively create web application foundations using backend applications and database structures. We are looking for an experienced software engineer who can build and deploy our vision. 

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and creation of scalable software

• Develop visually appealing front end website architecture, including translating designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code

• Design user interactions on web pages

• Develop functional databases, applications, and servers to support websites on the back end

• Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile

• Develop and design RESTful services and APIs

• Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when architecting solutions.

• Concepting, creating and deploying web applications alongside our team

• Work on all phases of the software development lifecycle through launch

• Write clean, functional code on the front- and back-end

• Focus on security and privacy architecture

• Test, troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software

• Write detailed technical documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a developer and 2+ years of experience building cloud or full-stack solutions and/or microservices

• Track record of architecting, designing reusable, high-performant and scalable systems

• Practical experience developing and running a scaled service in public cloud

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with a front-end framework like React or Angular, Bootstrap along with MongoDB within a node.js environment.

• UX experience and designing and implementing web experiences

• Solid foundation of cloud-native development practices and CI/CD patterns

• Experienced in AWS/Azure public clouds

• Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills

• Quick learner, self-motivated and ability to work independently

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent

Work Authorization

Ability to work in the US without Visa sponsorship

Job Type

This is a temporary contract position at 40 hours per week.

Compensation

Equity: up to 3% ownership in the product. Current compensation does not include 401K, employee pension, health, vacation pay, sick pay, or other fringe benefits.
